(“PMV Pharma,” “we,” “our,” and/or “us”) values the privacy of individuals who use our website, including https://www.pmvpharma.com (the “Site”).  This privacy policy (the “Privacy Policy”) explains how we collect, use, and share personal information from users of our Site.  By using our Site, you agree to the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information as described in this Privacy Policy.  Beyond this Privacy Policy, your use of our Site is also subject to our Terms of Use.

A. Information You Provide to Us. 

Communications.  If you contact us directly, we may receive personal information about you.  For example, when you contact us for information about our research or development activities, we will receive your name, email address, and the contents of your message. An additional example would be communication via SMS/Text Messaging; we will receive your phone number and the contents of your message. 

Careers.  If you apply for a job with us through our Site, you may submit your contact information and your resume online.  We will collect the personal information you choose to provide on your resume, such as your education and employment experience.  You may also apply through certain third-party websites.  If you do so, we will collect the personal information you make available to us through those websites. 

B. Information We Collect When You Use Our Site 

Device Information.  We receive information about the device and software you use to access our Site, including internet protocol (IP) address, web browser type, and operating system version. 

Usage Information.  To help us understand how you use our Site and to help us improve it, we automatically receive information about your interactions with it, such as the pages or other content you view, the length of time you spend on a page, objects such as hyperlinks you click on, and the dates and times of your visits.

We do not share or otherwise disclose personal information (phone number and consent) we collect from you except as described below or otherwise disclosed to you at the time of the collection. 

Affiliates.  We may share any personal information we receive with our affiliates for any of the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. We do not share the phone numbers and consent we collect. 

Vendors and Service Providers.  We may share any personal information we receive with our vendors and service providers retained in connection with the provision of our Site. We do not share the phone numbers and consent we collect. 

Marketing.  We do not rent, sell, or share personal information about you with nonaffiliated companies for their direct marketing purposes unless we have your permission. 

Analytics Partners.  We may use analytics services such as Google Analytics to collect and process certain analytics data.  These services may also collect information about your use of other websites, apps, and online resources. 

As Required by Law and Similar Disclosures.  We may access, preserve, and disclose your personal information if we believe doing so is required or appropriate to: (a) comply with law enforcement requests and legal process, such as a court order or subpoena; (b) respond to your requests; or (c) protect your, our, or others’ rights, property, or safety. 

Merger, Sale, or Other Asset Transfers.  We may transfer your personal information to service providers, advisors, potential transactional partners, or other third parties in connection with the consideration, negotiation, or completion of a corporate transaction in which we are acquired by or merged with another company, or we sell, liquidate, or transfer all or a portion of our assets.

Your Choices 

Do Not Track.  There is no accepted standard on how to respond to Do Not Track signals, and we do not respond to such signals.

We make reasonable efforts to protect your personal information by using physical and electronic safeguards designed to improve the security of the personal information we maintain.  However, as no electronic transmission or storage of personal information can be entirely secure, we can make no guarantees as to the security or privacy of your personal information. 

International Visitors

How Long Do We Keep Your Data? 

We store the data for as long as it is necessary to reply to your request and in any case for a maximal period of 3 years. We may archive for a longer period information when we are subject to a legal obligation or when it is relevant to keep a follow-up of our exchanges, e.g., in case of litigation. 

When we no longer require the personal data, we have collected about you, we will either delete or anonymize it. 

Data Transfer 

We may transfer your personal data to: 

  • Veeva 

  • Google Analytics, including demographics (only upon opt-in of cookies) 

  • Google Search Console (only upon opt-in of cookies) 

  • In any case, if such transfer is done, your data will not be transferred in a third country before having introduced appropriate measures to ensure a suitable level of protection (e.g., EU/UK Commission’s Adequacy Decision or appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses).

To protect the personal data that you transmit using this website, we maintain physical, technical, and administrative safeguards. You can ask for a copy of those appropriate safeguards. 

Your Rights Under GDPR and How to Exercise It
